Fully re-furbished – External & Internal decoration

Simon Santucci Decorators fully re-furbished this dutch house located on The Strand in Topsham.

The works included full external redecoration (specialist coatings), full internal decoration, stripped banisters and stairs and then re-stained.

We were also asked to do new wooden floors throughout, new bathrooms and hand painted the kitchen. A complete re-model for the current owner. Last but not least a new patio was also placed down which complemented all of the external redecoration work we did.

All handled in house by Simon Santucci Decorators.

It was Sean Nichols, one of Simon Santucci’s team, who did the actual work required and we couldn’t of wished for a better person for the job. Sean really takes pride in his work. He prepped the areas well and the standard of his work was excellent. I haven’t posted a picture at this stage, as we have scaffolding in place for other work that is going to be done. But I can say that Blue Daze is gorgeous shade of blue and a good match for our front door. We are happy customers for sure.

I was very impressed how promptly Simon responded to my request in providing a carpenter to refit new kitchen cabinet drawers, doors and install a new ceramic sink. Dave Reigate did a fantastic job, he was very thorough and meticulous in his work and paid particular attention to detail. He did some painting work too in the kitchen which was of the highest standard. Dave has also just completed a lovely new boundary fence for me. I have had fences put up in my garden in the past but nothing like the quality and professionalism that went into this fence, it's superb. Dave has an excellent work ethic, is friendly, punctual and ensures total customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Simon Santucci Decorators.
