“Now that the outside of my house, front and back, has been repainted with all the necessary repairs and thorough preparation that were required, I want to express my warmest thanks for the quality of the work done at every stage.

The preparation beforehand was incredibly thorough, and meant for example that cracks that had previously been covered up were dealt with properly, so the paint could go over a smooth surface. That was a revelation to me, as was the care you took to make sure the colour was as close as could be in matching the historic original.

These were just two examples of many where extra time was expended where necessary to do the best possible job. I am really delighted with the result.

It was far from straightforward, requiring a lot of preparation, including joinery work and damp treatment which they carried out conscientiously. “Simon and his team completed the huge task of repainting and repairing our detached house. They were very thorough in the cleaning, preparing and painting the whole exterior.

Simon is very knowledgable and recommended fabulous weatherproof exterior paint which is necessary as our house gets all the ‘sea’ weather. He organised the scaffolding, the render repairs and painting and kept us informed along the way.

As part of this job he then undertook the redecoration of our master bedroom, once again organising all the relevant tradespeople to complete the work which included a brilliant carpenter who had fab ideas great electricians who also came up with super suggestions and the plasterer who was very accommodating.

There were a few extra costs along the way, however they were impossible to foresee and a small price to pay to ensure the house was weatherproofed.

The painter Darren was brilliant and we felt very comfortable to leave all these trades in our home completing the work. The results were brilliant, we have a newly painted house and a beautiful bedroom. Thanks Simon!
